Payment for non-insurance:
Please pay prior to your treatment, as patients tend to rush out after a treatment. We take cash or check only.
Pricing:
$40-$60 per treatment modality. Currently we charge $20-$30 for the 2nd modality added onto an acupuncture treatment. For example, if your primary modality is acupuncture and you also receive an herbal or diet consultation, then the 2nd modality is 50% discounted.
At these prices, please follow up with recommended number of subsequent visits for optimal effects. Our business model is based on patient initiative, results-oriented medicine at affordable price. We take your health and care seriously and wish you do the same.
From August – December, - Allow 50% discounts for all Veterans to schedule on Wed/Sat.
Insurance Credentialing – Stay tuned
We’re currently applying for credentials with insurance companies such as Aetna, Signa, Uniform, Premera/Lifewise, United, Horizon, and PacifiCare so we can then take Insurance Co-pays soon….
NOTE: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. No-shows or same day cancellations will be charged $20.00. All checks returned by the bank for NSF will result in $35.00 fee.
All new patients will pay an initial fee of $20 for registration and paperwork. We accept cash or check only. We exist solely because patients pay for their treatments.
Special Benefit Packages for cash-paying patients:
· Pre-paid package of 8 treatments at $280.00, transferable to family members and friends
· Pre-paid package of 3 treatments at $100.00, non-transferable
